Count your blessings workout (Thanksgiving Workout from Zuzka)

So, enough of the pity party from last night!

Woke up early on a Saturday to bust ZuzkaLight's latest workout.

My time was 12:27 for two rounds of weighted squat jumps, leg lift burpees, wood chop lunge and weighted twisted crunch.

Love her workouts which are uncomplicated body weights workouts (always harder or easier versions depending on your level) and she just comes across as so sincere and sweet in her videos <3 love her energy!
