All-In-One-Omelette

One of those days where I want a healthier meal and just dumped random stuff into the pan.

Here's the recipe:

6 egg whites
Handful button mushroom
Handful broccoli
1 TBS shallots
One serving goat cheese (my favourite)



1. Stir fry shallots, mushroom & brocolli.
2. Throw in egg.
3. Add cheese.

4. Enjoy.As you can see, I have no idea how to take good photos of food :p

NB: Bleargh, I am tired...
