Before I forget the workout my trainer made me do this morning, I should write it down. Feel free to try it and get jelly arms and legs :D
chest fly on fit ball 15 reps
Ab crunch on bench 15 reps
Walking Lunges with viper 8 (12*4 reps)
Back extension on fit ball (15 reps)
Back rows 15 reps
Burpee-push up-jump squat onto a step (10 reps)
Plank and side plank (max time/effort)
Jump rope (1 minute)
Rest 1 minute and repeat sequence.
I will do this again on my own. Hopefully will get to be fit enough to do this 3 rounds.
