Starting the day right


Ugh, have fallen off the bandwagon for 10 days and now back to workout routine. Will start from day 1 of Jillian Michael's Shred Program and pick up running again, consistently!

My new fave breakfast is now soy-orange-oats-agave honey & flaxseed shake. Hahahaha something I came up with myself after reading about flaxseed. As for the oats, I added it myself to fill me up, since I get hungry by 11am.

Soy shake recipe
1 serving soy milk
6 TBS oats
1 1/2 TBS flaxseed
1 whole orange
1 1/2 TBS organic agave honey

Blend and enjoy! *you may find this not so sweet but it suits me, sometimes I sub the orange with a banana, depending on what is in my kitchen.
