Week 1 of Bodyrock 30 Day Fat Loss Challenge

Wooooo, pulled through week 1 of the Bodyrock Challenge! Did I mention I am constantly hungry?! Unfortunately I did indulge in a few cheat meals, but that has stopped! be gone, evil unhealthy, processed food! Scores for the workouts as below. Sometimes I feel stronger, other days I am a bit more tired. But overall, increased strength and stamina, think I need to get heavier dumbbells. (I don't have a sandbag or dip station, so a number of modifications made).

Day 2 (This was so tough, I was close to tears!)
10 x High Knees & 10 x Mountain Climbers - 3
2 x Squat Jumps & 2 x Push-ups & 1 x Tuck Jumps - 3
Centre to Elbow Jump (L&R) & 2 x leg jumps - 5
Clean & Press & Squat & Press & Push Up - 3
Tuck Jumps x 5 & ½ Burpee & squat hold x 5 - 4
Spider Knee Push up & Straight Leg Push Up (L&R) -12
Switch Lunge & Press - 8
Side Lunge x 2 & L & R Side Punch  & 2 Tuck Jumps - 7
10 x Squat & 10 x Squat Jumps -1
Elbow to Knee jumps 10 x each side - 2
Wide leg jumps & Push up - 8
Speed run

Day 3
Superman Push-ups -15
Elevated Push-up’s & L&R knee to elbow touch -12
Squat & Press with the dumbbells - 15
Ugi Clean & Press + Jump Forward + 3 x Squat Jumps - 8
Modified Push ups - 26

Side Jump Burpee + 2 knee to elbow Oblique Abs + Tuck Jump Centre (Alternate Sides) - 6
Press up +clean press+ sumo knees - 6
Tricep dips with knee lift - 26
Overhead straight sit ups - 12
Should squat- 10
Speed Run
Seans Shoulder & Legs Time Trial Weighted Workout (15 reps, 3 rounds)
Low Jacks Press
Single Arm Lateral Raise/Lunge
Firemans Lift x 30 (15 each side)
Single Arm Press Lunge
TIME: 19:46!!

Day 4
Press up + tuck jump - 10 , 7, 9
Press up - 20, 16, 16
Triple plank jump 5, 3, 5
High Knees - 27, 23, 28
* was exhausted on this day!

Day 5
Lisa's 400 Workout, Time: 8:00
(75 high knees, 25 reverse curls x4 rounds)

Sean's Workout, Time: 13:34
(Half burpee + row, single leg arm row, tricep dip with knee lift, jack curls, 15 reps each x3 rounds)

I LOVE BODYROCKING!!! You don't need a gym or expensive equipment to workout, no excuses!
