Bought a back issue of runners magazine and found this gem of a 10 week training plan to achieve a sub 2 half marathon.
The picture really got me laughing so hard because that is how my bathroom mirror and office wall looks like :D
I will start on the plan in January, perfect timing for the Brooks Half Marathon in March.
It is mid week already, have a wonderful week and weekend soon :)
