Wow its been a long time since I've written down what I've been working out. This was a bad hiatus. Only goes to show that only what is planned gets done. And woe begets the person who does not plan his or her life.
Well today I did a workout from my favourite online workout website, none other than BodyRocktv.
Today was the killer Cardio Legs Core Workout. Or maybe its just killer for me since I haven't been working out or eating well for the past 10 days.
So this workout was a 10-30 on the gymboss repeated 36 rounds and divided between 4 exercises. So that makes 9 sets of each. It takes only 24 minutes and really gets my heart rate up!
So my score for the killer Cardio Legs Core Workout is:
Low Jacks: 185
One leg dead lift (left): 84
One leg dead lift (right): 84
Jump Lunges: 152
The goal is to increase reps with good form the next time I do this workout! Which I plan to do this Sunday!
At least you're getting some workouts done. I'm on a short hiatus from a darn nagging ankle injury and the BHP Orange run is coming up in a weeks time ... sigghhh ... really need to pile on some mileage soon. Happy feet
