Tricep kickbacks: 22, 19, 16
Deep Swimmer's Press: 12, 12, 10
Concentration curls: 15, 19, 19
Chair Dips: 24, 23, 20 (hardest for me!)
Upright rows: 15, 18, 20
Static Arm Curls: 20, 17, 16
Flip Grip Tricep Kickback: 10, 10, 14
Total: 27 minutes of max reps for shoulders & arms (shoulders, biceps & triceps targeted)
My first time doing this sort of combo at this timing! Phew, will push harder over time!
