Monday Run

3 miles warm up
2x (2 mins, 3 mins & 4 mins) at 5k pace 
2 miles cool down 

I will do this run this evening somewhere in KL, starting in KLCC park.

This sort of practice run is the hardest for me and will definitely wipe me out. Oh well, only practice practice practice will make you better. Going over mantras in your head helps too! Something I read in runners world, about 4 syllables mantra to keep you going. My favourite is "Think Fast, Be Strong!"
